How can i make an ipod touch app on windows 7?

i’ve looked into this and i’ll only find app building software pertaining to macs, definitely not windows SEVERAL.Does anyone know involving any software i will use upon windows 7 to create my very own app Furthermore would i be able to write my individual software to make the apps in that case how might i do it

You cant.This iOS IDE exclusively works at Mac inside OSX.It’ll not go on Windows in the least.
