How can i calculat (sum), number (0.00) in time format (hh.mm)?

By way of example:- With my excel in life sheet c1 =1.05, c2= ONE PARTICULAR.55, c3=0.12-15 is the data collum, now i want to cost c1+c2+c3 = c4, but the c4 data is due to time format (03.15).please note we use (0.00) arrangement.not (0:00).
