Help with Windows Movie Maker edit and split clips?

So I have a video tutorial file which I’ve already go your separate ways.So perhaps there is a method to take those people splits in addition to put these in other places inside video POST tried duplicating and pasting, but it is not functioning probably because I’m not working right.Formerly suffering with tinnitus just publishing the splits i needed, but it’s types of a bother and WE figure there must be a better way.Thanks for virtually any and all help.
