Help!! My computer is being annoying!! Won’t lock or shut down, restart, etc.?

Our computer is not going to lock, turn off or restart.If I would like to turn it off I can press the ability button.We’ve a dell inspiron 20 laptop.Now i am annoyed:( make sure you help

You could have something on the system producing this.
We would download Malwarebytes, Anti-Malware.Currently download the actual updates with Malwarebytes.

Move laptop away from…(go directly into Safe Mode) any time first booting..dark screen…keep punishing F8 until you will get an Advanced Options tv screen…Select Protected Mode without networking…
When Risk-free mode doesn’t work…run Malwarebytes to uncover any malware…Run it to look..not speedy search…
Them should come across something…it can ask that you delete these individuals…yes..
Now boot support normally…

Then look at updating all Windows Revisions…Control Panel…Windows Redesign for Windows 7
If this specific doesnt work ok , i’ll know plus I will help uou….reinstalling House windows is last resort.

check out shut down but it would state shutting affordable and just never shut down.

it seems like a a number of program as well as process that’s not stopping or ending down properly once the operating product telling the item to and as a consequence making that pc only hang.

regrettably i never did choose a solution but used to do download a 3rd party program that allows u to be able to shut the item down but it worked perfectly

also two or three months then i appeared resinstalling windows for whatever reason of a further and obviously a fresh new install classified the problem

if people dont such as the look of this program there are plenty from a new google search to shutdown a person’s pc etc

What actually comes about when you try and shut down, does the actual laptop just simply not answer or should it stick to the ‘shutting down’ screen forever and definitely not actually power down Try adding updates on the laptop as this might be the reason who’s won’t power down.
