Getting a moving desktop background?

WHEN I found several anime switching photos prior to and I tried that will put it on my pc background however it doesnt move when i do that will…is at this time there something have to do o this will depend on the particular photo if you have where will i get many photos

1.Head over to Desktop Properties
Start -> Controls -> Manage Pael -> display (or) Right Select Desktop -> Properties
