For computer experts, i got a virus, i reinstalled windows 7 and my netbook keeps being unresponsive?

it had been working great when all of a sudden my firewall advised me a thing was occurring, i don’t even possess time to read all this windows evolved into unresponsive, protected mode don’t work, blue screen associated with death when rebooting, having different malfunction messages (page wrong doing in non-paged spot, registry malfunction, irql_not_less_or_equal), what used to do was assistance up files on the directory safe and sound mode, and reinstalling in order to factory default (the option you have pressing f8 in addition to choosing restoration windows)

and so new glass windows starter, but i found its unusual, ie hugely unresponsible and slow, google chrome is not going to start for the reason that tabs crashing (can’t sometimes do that will options since it would open a different tab), opera put in it have work perfecxtly but after restarting has not been there any more, (even browsing it), what may i do except on the low levels formatting

He generally there,
require a clarification the following:
1) By factory default what don’t you….is it the alternative only for you to repair windows or one in Dell computers wherein the computer is reconditioned to time 1 settings(wherin almost all ur information is misplaced and all of the software u got along with new computer are reinstalled..this is popularly also known as PC restore).
2) BSOD(blue monitor of death, the a single u got is really a memory error and next time(wish oughout luck to be able to never observe it) not the cell number there which can be something just like 0 BY 00000_ _)
3) Just before BSOD were being u browsing online and is it feasible u could have clicked on some ad(which is actually a spyware/malware) that will introduced your malware in your computer. It could even be some registry remover program that u probably have tried that will click online. These are usually potential malwares.
4) WE notice this u would a save of ur stuff inside safe mode(always select safe manner option and never safe mode with network; remove this ethernet wire to disable ur internet). So WE assume u got absolutely no data to save.
5) Since opera had been uninstalled upon restart to all probabilites it should be virus/ or spyware. Most on the times in such cases, a factory default resetting will not work and u is going to perform a new clean reinstall. If you’ll find not a great number of softwares with ur computer i would recommend a clean install(since it is going to definitely resolve the challenge,, period). On the other hand, if you still have time and get time with regard to troubleshooting after that u can purchase a anti-virus software( my spouse and i do see that u could install opera soon after resetting it to manufacturing area settings- the proper job make Norton, Mcafee, kaspersky or anything else.which consist of anti-spyware at the same time should perform fine when its any paid type or the whole trial variant u purchase a new computer)..run this anti-virus along with hopefully the item should resolve the issue.

am a new certified dell pc professional though i no longer work with them.Wish u good luck
Aniel

PS Given that u got the back would extremely recommend some sort of clean install plus the first software that ough install should be an anti-virus computer software.Pls do make sure that while reinstalling or perhaps during manufacturing area setting refurbishment u remove many of the cables apart from the keyboard, computer mouse, monitor and also power cable(ie only 4 cables will be going inside back with ur computer).
