Falling snow code for tumblr?

Thought about want a code that should put slipping snow in my tumblr, I’ve tested out some but they don’t seem to figureout.Will the item work although I previously am using a theme.If you are, where must i paste it in the code i usually have.10 points delivering who will help me!
