Facebook on iPod touch annoying me?

Ok, I expected before the right way to turn off the little pop up banner that occurs everytime I check squidoo that claims allow to work with current area.I appeared to be told to go out location services inside the settings.So I did.Now whenever I have on, it pops up and tells me to turn it back onto determine my current spot.How should i make almost all these stupid elements go away
