Ebay scam plz plz help me i am in deep trouble!?

so this problem will be i orded a specific thing on TEN april that said it turned out shippied in 13th the spring.Then my partner and i asked your pet do yyou have got a case with the phone or maybe not.He said yes do you need to test.Then when i replied, yes i sooo want to try.Then your dog sent us a principles by revealing to me he or she resent it considering the white telephone case.WTF Get real it has been already sent and he / she resent it If i ‘m wrong do you want guys inform me when am i going to receive this item it turned out shipped with 13 04.Its shipped via hongkong air conditioning mail.It said it will take 3-4 weeks to appear canada and this is this 3rd 7 days! still never have received that.
Can a person explain WTF WILL GO ON As being a seller are you able to cancel that shipping
