DSP on the memory of some of the issues

1:not only do ROM program memory, RAM data memory can only do so?
I saw a book on DSP240 said A15 PS DS with the RAM data is divided into zones and procedures zone? How this is going on?

2:TMS320LF240 have to expand outside the RAM?
