Dell pc keyboard failure?

POST i reconditioned my pc plus the original keyboard that sported it dont operate.wen u begin the personal computer it affirms in bright writing keyboard disappointment.Help

Contact having Dell COMPUTER center..

If this can be a USB keyboard transfer it with a different dock.If this can be a PS2 keyboard make certain it is correctly and from the right convey.
