Computer keeps asking what to open up program with.?

My personal computer maintains asking my what program I’d prefer to employ to open up a record, even in the event the file itself is a program.One example is, when MY SPOUSE AND I try cracking open Firefox, it asks me what I would really like to apply to get into Firefox.Some programs don’t even open up, such since AVG, so WE cannot see if I employ a virus at my laptop or computer or definitely not.When MY SPOUSE AND I try posting Firefox them downloads that install file, but after i open that, it says that it cannot always be found.
