Can i learn oracle finance?

I ‘m working accountant in one of the company.at the moment i am focusing on tally SEVERAL.2.i realize MS workplace.but anyone told which doing that oracle loan is much more advantage to get accountans.but i are not aware of the knowledge within the C and also C furthermore languages.can you really learn to help easy if you ask me oracle financial and what is the duration to perform the training course please
