Audio issue in Bioshock 2?

After i play the game the comments are practically inaudible.If i set your Sound, New music, and Voiceover volumes all for the same levels, the radio voiceover is a lot more than twice seeing that loud as everything else put mutually.The problems sounds can be over double as high in volume as standard sound consequences.This helps make play totally impractical along with I cannot understand anything they declare.

Does anyone else have got this acustic unbalanced problem
