Again, laptop is running games horrifically slow — not sure what else to do?!?

Ok for the past few many weeks my laptop may be running very slow, I’m unable to play ANY from the games which i used to experiment with (All of which are at steam; Battleground Bad Corporation 2, Remaining 4 Lifeless 2, etc) We’ve cleaned my own registry, de-fragmented, looked at for virus’s, ran memtest86+ which often didn’t present me everything, and I’m on the point which i don’t know the direction to go anymore.I are deprived of the money for getting diagnostics executed on the item (70$ during geek squad to express to me skin anti wrinkle cream wrong) along with I have no idea of where to help turn now days, so underneath are a directory of my specialization skills, maybe someone can take a gander with something We have overlooked, or even, thanks for ones time at any rate —

ur pc is not bad……..open process manager after which you can see which usually processes are applying alot associated with memory……..try closing some applications before winning contests…then ur last resort should be to reinstall r windows.
