A question regarding ASP coding?

Wherever would i place the code pertaining to ASP for you to write data into a text file

I’ve a html coded page where the user can easily input facts, and i’d like to see that data that they are written into a text record.Where will i put this signal because merely put it in the html coded page it simply shows the code to the page in addition to doesn’t accomplish anything.

Merely shouldn’t use asp remember to tell my family what i should be using.
