A lot of times I feel like I need more volume with my computer?

Sometimes Relating to the video turned entirely up, and my own computer volume turned entirely up, as well as sound should be only light.There tend to be other times when i can put the video entirely up along with my laptop volume in the centre.(My computer may be a HP laptop.)
