Javascript TextBox values. Can’t capture the data.?

The following is my computer code.What I’m attempting to do is capture the actual values on the textbox and now just offline them available.During this kind of testing I’m can’t seem to can anything.The control key onClick approach doesn’t record anything neither does this print almost anything to the web page.
Overall the following is my objective.Capture Values from text boxes do the mandatory math to determine the portion difference between each number and then display the value in the third text field.However, what We would really like to do is position the value inside the same page inside

area.Not sure easy methods to do that either.Also I would really like for your answers to begin with to crash populate without having to click the actual “submit” switch.But that could be for another post.Yet again, here is usually my computer code, what ‘m I performing wrong Ought to be a be implementing getElementByName, or getValueByName I’m confused the variance between both.

Thanks for the help.

Replace this kind of “)” having “” at the conclusion of your own function but it will work.

Edit:

That may be strange, next change this function prints both values inside the text box over a new web page.I guess you intend to show the outcome in your div element instead of the using a new site now.

Rather then document.write(), we’ll result in a new variable in your answer div factor and squeeze value in the text boxes there.Add the latest line within your initial two vars.

var answerDiv = insurance plan.getElementById(“Answer”);

Now you can easliy use innerHTML in order to write on the page without having a new just one like document.write does.Replace record.write() with:

answerDiv.innerHTML = Lower price + “, ” + Initial;
