How can I highlight something with a black background?

after i highlight anything it generally gets insisted on in orange is their a method to change it so it’s black.

under control panel >> Customization >> (depending for the os you are using, for window vista:Window Color and Visual appeal and mouse click on the Amenable classic visual appeal properties for much more color options) >> Visual appeal settings then click leading-edge, under the house drop decrease list select ‘Selected Items’ and also change ‘color 1’ in order to black.
