Putting in mm/dd/yyyy format for job app?

I’m getting a career online, and it is asking me helping put it with mm/dd/yyyy arrangement.It inquired me THREE OR MORE other moments, so Thought about to re also input the year since WHEN I only place 11 so I’d to put 2011.So Managed to get to yet another, and I did the same task, and the item it makes ASKING me repeatedly.

That’s correct, perfect! It’s SERIOUSLY making me personally angry!

If it is really mm/dd/yyyy next 05/11/2011 can be correct.Should be a glitch in their system.
