No Signal on Monitor after boot-up, trying anything at this point. Help.?

Properly i get a No signal after i boot my own comp way up, brand brand new comp not so new keep an eye on.So we turn the monitor with and down until this desktop is available.When i change it off and also on we see this desktop background but it really quickly flashes off of screen plus another Very little Signal springs up.Any information on how to fix this particular I tested out disconnecting watch cords and also re-doing these folks fixed for starters boot up, can’t repeat this every time i’d like to see to kick out up.
