Cd-rom use question.?

my spouse and i found many funny videos on the search engines and i would like to put them on a cd-rom to indicate to a pal who dosnt have enternet, but my spouse and i dont knowledge, do i merely put an empty disk to the cd rom matter and itll show up or what exactly.can a person tell my family the steps.
