Router can not access Internet

I was struck by lightning after the computer can not access, then the interface on the router lights are not bright.In the next router on another computer is a bright light.I do not know is not a bad card has been struck by lightning or what Reasons.My computer has two network cards, is an integrated network card on the motherboard, a piece of my own independent network card installed, the two can not.Have been struck by lightning will not be damaged by it?
