Which Graphic card is best for me?

We need a great graphic greeting card for good gaming(crisis, GTA SEVERAL, etc) in a low selling price (under 3000 rupees).I are now living in Hyderabad, THE.P, India.

Relating to nvidia ge force 9500gt.
It was before around rs2800-rs3000.
In my own pc gta SEVERAL lags a bit because oughout need your core quard processor to experiment with it gradually.
Nvidia 9600gt is a card which could handle just about all big mmorpgs like gta4, crises, etc.
Or choose gtx series.But both worth mentioning cards cost above rs5000-rs6000

i think ATI video card is best for yourself
