Apple Back to School promotion?

When we head over to the apple mackintosh store, whenever we buy some of our mac, will it bring the ipod itouch or accomplish we need to pay for the ipod itouch now, and then get a rebate on the same money as the ipod touch 2-3 weeks later.Does anyone learn how long that rebate usually takes if thats the situation Thanks:P
