I can’t see right and left edge of my monitor ….?

Hello, I are unable to see the suitable and eventually left edge regarding my monitor..I tried everything, i set several resolutions, adjusted the V-Size, used that buttons about the monitor however i even now haven’t unchanging it and i likewise googled this..I can not really write the issue thats creating this..Freaky ****…Your half side of “Start” icon on taskbar can only become seen..The clock on the other side is nearly gone..
If you do not know how to fix the item then please at least tell me the doable error that may be causing the following..
