How accurate are the voltage outputs in ATX switching power supply?

I measured that voltages but they’re not exact at 5vdc, 12vdc, THREE OR MORE.3vdc, or anything else..Why

They’re aren’t exact.In actual fact, my voltages will be:
12v:12.1
5v:FOUR.89
THREE OR MORE.3v:THREE OR MORE.09
