Intel GMA X4500 vs. NVIDIA GeForce 7050?

just that is better for general use probably just just the summer videos plus maybe many retro games (8 as well as 16 bit).They would be integrated into your motherboard and maybe they are both identical price.Don’t say they will both are generally bad! just explain to me which can be better.
