My old laptop keeps flashing blue screens, the hard drive self tests as ok how to start it?

I dont employ a reboot blank disc it will not start throughout safe setting, nor past best setting, How should i get files off the thing

Did everyone recently up-date or set up new stuff

For those who have an Os disc, exactly like your computer OS boot to that particular.Then do a maintenance, or restore either one.

Or boot to your repair travel laptops usually have a get back drive.
