How to return my HP pavilon back to factory settings?

idk whats wrong with it but the idea turns with then it gets stucked whilst its loading like within the screen when using the green discos…& the only real way i understand how to restore is definitely getting using the pc cuz theres this software that included it nevertheless now its not really turning in fully so perhaps there is a disc out there for my home to resotre the idea 10 things for best solution:)
