How can I fix my monitor?

Hi there everybody! Internet marketing having several trouble with my check, is any SOYO product MT-NI-DYLM1598.The thing is that is linked to my computer’s desktop, at present I turn the computer on, this monitor doesnt place or doesnt exhibit any picture, I genuinely dont know very well what is it.Ive attempted disconnecting that cable on the monitor along with connect this again, right just at this point the cable television makes contact with the monitor, it exhibits the image however it fades away, how can one fix this or what can i do assist!! please!! and thanks!!
