Computer screen goes black and fan gets louder leaving computer unusable?

Essentially I tried to move my personal computer on yesterday along with the screen wouldn’t first start.I and then realised how the computer wasn’t starting properly as there seems to be no beep from that and the Harddrive sounded seeing that though ?t had been constantly staying started up.

After i did often get our computer jogging after related to 15 moments the display screen went ebony and immediatelly after I can hear among my followers going considerably louder.

I do not know if that is a hardware as well as software problem but I would really just like some help in how to handle it as I’ve never experienced this matter before.
