HD 6570 or HD 5570 graphics card?

Looking to purchase a graphics card for my 250w thin pc and need to choose involving the HARLEY-DAVIDSON 5570 plus the new HD 6570.

Have no idea of much regarding graphic homemade cards, so you need to advise.Trying to play adventures on medium/high settings like Fallout 3/4, Bioshock and so on.
