What is google chat, is it worth downloading?

Why put it to use is it as good as MSN, zynga chat

no that sucks..its solely good those of you that download it on their phones and also can’t text the other person for what ever reason(mostly long-distance charges)..its easier in every case to down load google chitchat and talk like that..but that sucks.
