Why doesn’t MSN Make the notification sound when I get a new message?

Any time I’m running a fullscreen game this doesn’t happen make the actual notification good.I contain the settings arranged to inform me even if I’m running a Fullscreen activity, and nothing is muted possibly, but that still doesn’t notify me.
