Itunes locked me out?

fine so my partner and i tried beginning itunes right now.so i had it showed before and also i turned off my laptop or computer.i returned later and when i attempted to amenable it, the idea said this
“the folder itunes is with a locked compact disk or you do not have generate permissions just for this folder.”
what will it signify and how do i unlock it

Just deleted out of your control solar panel and packages and reinstall iTune with the site
