State-of-the-art SystemCare FIVE, provided by way of IObit, has developed problems to me.When I try and remove that, I can delete almost all but ONE PARTICULAR file, ASCv4ExtMenu.tmp.I have tried hunting for it, all I will find will be “This is part of IObit’s system module.” I will find nothing about how precisely to get rid of it..tmp documents suggest it’s a temporary document, however, if who were the case, why will i not erase it.If particulars is desired, please call amayathystyahoo.com, gives thanks.

Here’s what one does:From the beginning Menu, head to Control Panel and start User Provides.Make sure you might be listed for Administrator.Or else, log out from that consumer acct.and also log towards whatever acct.is listed as the Administrator. Then turn back into Manage Panel/User Records and click on ‘Turn Person Account Control on as well as off’.Uncheck this box close to ‘Use Individual Account Manage (UAC) to help you protect a person’s computer’ subsequently click OK.It will notify you that you have got to restart your computer to make the inquired changes.Enable the reactivate, then log back up the Admin user acct. Now begin the folder with My Computer that contains the file and simply delete that. You could possibly be asked by means of your main system to go on or allow the changes, but in the long run it may perform that deletion.I had exactly the same problem and yes it worked for me.
