Apple App store won’t let me buy apps?

I select the app I need to buy, and it tells me I need to sign directly into view my own billing particulars, so WHEN I sign in to the pop upward box, and then that’s it, it wouldn’t do nearly anything…It would not matter just how I hint in, or just what page I take, it’s definitely not purchasing any of the apps I aim to buy VE HAD:

Your best bet is to go against the iTunes shop and decide if your account details have changed or whenever you can log in to your akun.

If not, Just speak to Apple within the situation.
