How do you transfer software from one mac to another?

i am just selling my own current macintosh personal computer and buying a new one, but our current you’ve gotten software on it for example logic convey and ‘microsoft’ office that i would really like to own on this new pc aswell.However, i’ve misplaced the program discs at their store so we wont have the capacity to install them on my own new mac which has a disk.Is there how to transfer your disk-installed software package from my old macintosh personal computer onto the newest one and never having to spend funds on new disks
