How to get a chinese version of windows 7 ?

we have plenty of chinese music and i used to be wondering how do you get for a windows which could at very least display the chinese characters besides just some un unicoded songs titles.

also how do you do that on mac

Open Manipulate Panel
Click on “Clock, Vocabulary, and Region”
Click on “Region in addition to Language”

Then in Arrangement, Location, and Input keys change many of these to what you would like.
