Microsoft Vista Blocked startup programs and Safely Remove Hardware?

I put in Microsoft Vista House Premium from your disk that incorporates the laptop or computer.The weird thing is usually when started, there are usually two icons appear for the notification class of the taskbar:Plugged startup packages and Correctly Remove Appliance.
Thought about don’t need them appear, can everyone tell myself what I will do

The correctly remove hardware can be a usb procedure that runs so you can eject your own hardware the right way, and the blocked international programs may be because everyone messed all over in msconfig both that are windows processes.You can search to closed them away but Windows may just reactivate them, these are doing very little harm in your computer

Have zero idea seeing that M.Soft got megga difficulties with Vista.
