Is there a download that allows my PC (Win XP) to emulate a bluetooth keyboard?

A sneak program that enables me to connect to this phone to help write SMS while I’m at my computing.I’ve looked through out and will find things of which sync this contacts via BT but they’re much over I need.

Just a thing that acts as a bluetooth keyboard.

for robot, i will use remote internet desktop in addition to do most of the stuff coming from my personal computer, including employ my computer as a keyboard

through out a files connection or maybe wifi.
