OpenOffice: How to make pull-off tabs, for flyers?

Hi.I am making a flyer.Over the bottom, I would prefer to get my title and range printed vertically several times.I will then cut these types of sections in to tabs that is pulled off of for ease by people keen on my providers.

How one can set that document about print in this way, i.at the.with offline running flat throughout, but along with repeated directory print end of it of that page
