Help with Steam please?

I’ve dial-up in addition to I can’t log in Steam, it only sits there at the login display (connecting Water account…) what can one do Should it you need to a long time to get access since now i am on dial-up or will it be just frozen

I possess dial upwards too which is basicly impossible to connect to water with dial up and when you in some manner did hook up and seemed to be intending with play video games online of which wont possibly be possible also.Sorry.
