Trouble importing video to photoshop?

Whenever I attempt to open a video throughout photoshop (making confident that it’s the right file type), aging work.There seems to be one video clip that did work, however it was any gif WE made and it was an avi record.I’ve tested out converting some other videos that will avi along with file styles, but next time i open that video, photoshop only shows a white box the place that the video ought to be.The whitened box size is the right size for your video, thus it’s having that tips, and this timeline is actually right as well.It’ll perhaps play and go along at the right acceleration, just will not show anything besides the light box.It is really like anything works, that just will not show this frames.When will i get it to truly display your video

Convert ones videos in order to MOV (QuickTime) arrangement.Usually Photoshop never provides problems while importing MOV information (but you should have QuickTime installed).
