Is there any way to remove the nprotect firewall files?

cuz i did a have a look at with norton 360 plus it said there is a computer hardware issue considering the firewall >.< however it doesn't indicate anything while in the driver unit manager plus plus it is deep around my technique so my spouse and i can't get rid of it:/
