Why does a message that says "2" pops up?

With Internet Explorer, right after I start a page, including the homepage, a new script leaps up in which says ” Meaning from Internet site:2′ and that’s all.I have no idea of why.This started once i opened way up my comp.an hour or so ago.As well, check away my charger query.I need assist with that you too.

1) switch your homepage
2) Reinstall web explorer

test them both
