What is and how do I get rid of a error message "2" that pops up when viewing my internet browser?

Next time i have either Mozilla or maybe Internet explorer open up I keep obtaining a error msg that pops in place and all it has is the telephone number 2.Practically nothing else.Is there a meaning on this message and how do you get it to search away That just commenced when this comp was sitting idle while i was out several hours ago
