Computer virus, need help to get rid of it please!?

While i try to first start up my computer, it goes toward a ebony screen this says there were an miscalculation when starting,
or perhaps something, and says “start within safe manner, normally, having command induce, etc.”
I’ve tried all of these and it isn’t starting.I do not have the back up disc, regrettably.
I’ve read to press your “repair this computer” option, but I don’t realize how to get to that.

What does someone! I have got finals in the week, and have to study!
