Avast 4.8 anti-virus unable to boot scan msusscan.cab?

when i scheduled the Avast kick out scan inside my Home windows Vista, it continued scanning smoothly until the idea reached msusscan.pickup’s cab folder where it bought stuck….

Well, in search of msusscan.pickup’s cab got myself nowhere.In the event msusscan.cab is on your computer somewhere, it might be an unhygienic file, waiting to strike.Just delete it if possible.
